Basic Right

A Basic right starts in front of a horizontal bench.

This move is done in 4 counts:

• 1. Step up on bench with right foot.
• 2. Step up on bench with left foot.
• 3. Step down backwards to the floor with right foot.
• 4. Step down backwards to the floor with left foot.
