Some Dutch Flavor
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 119)
Step is in horizontal position.
- Start with an alternating knee lift
- Add a turn (turn left and right)
- On the right add 3x a knee lift - slow
- Same on the left
- Change right knee lift to travel it around the corner - with 3 knee lifts slow (you will land on the opposite side of the step)
- Travel diagonally
- Travel around the other corner with 3 knee lifts - slow (continue, and change knee lifts with side lifts and leg curls)
When everyone is used to the move add on the following:
- After traveling diagonally (you will be at the front of the step) move backwards 4x lunges
- At the back of the step add 4x A-step
- Move forward 4x lunches and travel around the corner - with 3 knee lifts etc....
Enjoy, really gets you going, add some power and loud 'HOUSE' music!!
