Step horizontal:
- Basic step 3X Knee up off left end (16)
- "T" step 3X (finish on right end of bench) (24)
- Side leg (abductor) lift 4X (16)
- Across the top 4X (16)
- Side leg lift 2X (8)
- With left foot on bench, squat 4x (squat push arms forward, stand up squeezing glutes and pull elbows into waist) (16)
- Then Squat and lift outside leg (like side leg lift) and squat lift the inside (step)leg. Do this 4X (32)
- Hesitate and go into the "T" steps to reverse the combo.
- Finish by doing a knee up off the back and basic step left 3x after the squat and lifts on the second side
Total combination 256 counts and your glutes will know you've been busy, particularly if you use this as the first patternin a linking series!
