Aquatic arms

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 814)

This is mainly to work the upper body I usually do about 5 sets of these with different arm movements

If you have bands, students can place them around their ankles to work the hip abductors as they step and shuffle. or they can use them to pull apart in the arm movements.

Ladies seem to enjoy this because they don't work their upper body enough, and the step and shuffle movements keep their heartrates up, but if they don't like to do arm movements out of the water then this isn't suggested.
