Nanda's Texas Style

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 840)

The hamstring combo is good for the middle of class when you want to do some higher impact moves. I start it with single,single, double hamstrings and then change to the abduction move. That way if it's to much for some members they just do all hamstrings. Please email me if you like this, I don't get to talk to other instructors very often. I moved from Houston to a very small town.
