Sandi's Keep 'em Movin' Combos

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 852)

Step is vertical.
Beginning with the step on your right, at the end. All 3 patterns start in the same place.
  Y x    (the Y is you)

Pattern I (32 counts)

Pattern III (32 counts)

These three combos work great together. I teach at 6:00 a.m. and have acquired a steady group who are dedicated but tired of the same old stuff. Teach each pattern alone, then add one to the other until you have all three. Modifications include adding a hop on the step with the different lifts (knees, curls, side)and the over the tops. I show Jacks at several levles. Give it a try, my less intense participants were shaking their heads "no way" and are now having a blast!
