Flamingo Named Jack

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 1276)

FLAMINGO HOP = Hop on the lead leg & "kick butt"with the other leg. Stress pointing the toe for intensity. Really works the quad and hamstring.

JACK = I stress going low when the legs open and lifting high when the legs close.

I like to use music in the range of 135-150bpm 1/2 time.
