This pattern can be used as an interval class. I do the pattern through once then intensify it and go through it twice more. To intensify I have the class take the bounce out of their moves and concentrate on moving faster, on the jacks and jumping I have them add a tuck in the middle of their jump. This can be a great workout if you motivate them to move quickly.
