(pattern 1317)
This is a short pattern to add to any of your existing patterns:
Right lead -
- Tap forward (8)
- Hamstring curls back (8)
- Repeater hamstring (right) (8)
- Repeater hamstring (left) (8)
- Repeat, left lead
Repeat the pattern using outer thigh lifts and glute press instead of the hamstrings.
