This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 1317)

This is a short pattern to add to any of your existing patterns:

Right lead -

Repeat the pattern using outer thigh lifts and glute press instead of the hamstrings. This is really easy to teach. Please feel free to email me with any questions or comments
