This is a Double Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 481)

Steps are vertical (left step is Sue, right step is Bob)

Right Lead (64 counts)

I always start my 64 count combos (for double step) withmy right lead on Bob. After my first 2 blocks of 16 counts (32) I make sure I'm on by left lead on Sue. I add on by next 2 blocks so I'm back on my left lead of Sue to repeat the combo.

I find this not only totally balances out the muscle groups but also allows my participants an expectation of how the combos are put together.
