Denise's "do-able" step class

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 503)

Start with the bench horizontal

Combo 3

To make it last start everything in "fours" and then break it down to "twos" etc. Add power to knees by adding a hop or a hold. Everything from the top! Enjoy.
