This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 524)

Block #1

Begin teaching the basic move of 3 marches 3 knees; add direction forward and back; then add the lunge in place of the second knee

The first block I got from a workshop with Tracy York. (Give credit where due!) It can be hard to teach though depending on the level of the class. Also, I like to change moves every 8 counts to keep the pattern moving faster for more intensity, however; some of my classes aren't advanced enough to change to a different move so fast so they have to be held for longer.
