Hourglass Attitude

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 529)

This is the finished product, the breakdown will follow. To teach:

I do the hourglass first, because it's easy and fun! Next comes 2 turn straddles with knee straddles holding until everyone catches up 6 knees will keep you on the phrase. Repeat 2 turn straddles with 2 knee straddles. Change to 1 turn straddle with 2 knee straddles with 1 turnstep. (changes the lead) repeat on a left lead and add the lunges 2 sets ought to do it. Then add over the top, u-turn, and over slow (do it 2 times) this will put you back on the right foot to put it all to- gether. After you do the whole combination a few times (get them comfortable with all the pieces) change the knee straddles to the half hop straddles. (these will turn you one way and then right back the other way)
