Slide and Sweat
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 531)
- Slide to the side (left to the right side).
- March to the right corner (4 counts)
- 4 Alternate lunges (Hi/lo)
- Double right heel forward 2 counts double left heel
2 counts followed by 4 single heals repeat this twice
- Add on 4 toe taps to the right and option is to turn
this around using a hand push (direct to all four corners)
- Add the slide back to the opposite side and repeat with
left leg
This should be built up in sections, slowly and clearly
option to use in Hi energy classes or in an easy low impact version
