Warm-Up
- Slide touch rear 2x (4 counts each, 8 counts total)
- Basic Slide 1x (4 counts)
- Squat on end ramp 1x (4 counts)
- Slow lunge 2x (4 counts each)
- Tempo lunge 4x (2 counts each)=lunge 1x, abduct 1x, lunge 1x, abduct 1x
- Repeat Leading left (32 counts total)
Combo #1
- Basic slide w/ knee up 1x
- Squat 1x on end ramp
- Tempo lunge 4x (lunge, abduct, lunge abduct)
- Fast slide (2 counts each) 3x
- Pause on end ramp 2 counts
- Fast slide 3x
- Pause on end ramp 2 counts
- Repeat leading left (32 counts total)
Combo #2
- Basic slide with 1-arm circle (right arm when moving right)
- Basic slide with 1-arm circle (left arm when moving left)
- Basic slide with both arms circle
- Fast slide 2x
- Slide repeater 2x
(slide repeater = 1 fast 2 count slide with 2 tempo lunges and 1 hip
extension)
- Repeat leading left (32 counts)
Combo #3
- Fast slide (2counts) with 1 lunge (2 counts) 2x
- Fencing slide repeater 1x = 1 fast fencing slide (2 counts) to face
end ramp with 3 tempo lunges behind (8 counts total)
- Cross Country fast 4x (8 counts)
- Squat 1x facing end (face front as you come up from squat)
- Squat 1x facing front with double clap (each squat is 4 counts)
- Repeat leading left (32 counts total)
