- 2 REP walk down then up (8)
- Lunge left/right/left/right side (8)
- Then Squat left/right/left/right (2 counts each) (16)
- Lunge Back left/right/left exit, Basic step right Step Knee up (16)
- Reverse Glute lift combo

- Hustle 3X, Hamstring (HC) REPeaters, HC STR
