Combo #1
- One steptouch to the right, lift up
knee 3 times (knee repeaters), then squat. Count: 8
- Jump by putting feet together, then knee
up right-left-right-left. Count: 8
- Grapevine left-right Count: 8
- One steptouch left, one right Count: 4
- 4 Jumping Jacks Count: 4
Combo #2
- 2 fast kicks with right leg, steptouch right Count: 4
- Double steptouch to the right side Count: 4
- 2 fast kicks with left leg, steptouch left Count: 4
- Double steptouch to the left side Count: 4
- 4 lunges Count: 8
- 4 lunges right/left/right/left side Count: 8
You can modify this pattern by doing 4 lunges
after the double steptouch. Double steptouch
can also be replaced by grapevine. Also, you
can do it diagonal back and front.
Combo #3
- 4 Scoop forward Count: 8
- Left leg side by jumping to the right side of the room
(this movement also known as half jack) Count: 4
- Hop in place with a half turn Count: 4
- Kneelift, move diagonal to the front Count: 8
High impact!
- 4 Steptouch with a half turn Count: 8
Combo #4
- 1 double pushtouch right with 1/4 turn,
1 double pushtouch left Count: 8
To increase intensity, double pushtouch with a legcurl
- Step to the right, then 4 legcurls Count: 8
- Grapevine or double steptouch right/left Count: 8
- 4 Kicks with 1/4 turn (high impact) County: 8
This pattern can be modified: legcurls moving
back, grapevine moving diagonal forward
Hi aerobics freaks! This is an athletic style workout which, with arms up
is turning out to a real power unit.
It might be necessary to modify the directions I have
given - changing directions is fun but difficult for
beginners. If you class is well advanced add a
complex arms choreography.
