Double Step Squat

This is a Double Step pattern from (pattern 550)

This is done with two steps placed vertically, about three feet apart. I call the step on the left (A), and the step on the right (B).

Starting position is on left side of (A) step, facing front.

An option for the last 8 counts is to do a knee shuffle on top of the step, where the count is right foot up (1) left knee up (2) hop to right heel flexes on step (3), hop to left heel flexes on step (4), hop to right heel flexes on step (5), right knee up (6), step down right (7) tap down left (8).
