Michelle's Gut Blaster

This is a Double Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 429)

This is a pattern for double step but it can also be adapted to quad-step.
Benches are horizontal, two would be in front of you and two in back if using four. (i.e., home, jail, red and green for those of you familiar with this lingo.) My class enjoys all my combos as I'm known for keeping them moving. Good luck and enjoy!!

Good Luck! I teach this one part at a time and slowly keep putting it all together. At the end it's a very smooth combination and we're all totally worked out.
