Hi/Lo to GoGo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 463)

Put the two combos together, on the spot first. Then add direction, and intensity:

Ready to add on:

Ready to begin mambo section on left foot.

Put it all together from the top beginning combo on the left foot doing the Vstep moving forward.

This is a very high intensity workout. I only teach this classwhen I have the patience to go slow with the breakdown, and the mental concentration to be consistent working both legs evenly, and to keep all the moves in order and with the 32 count phrasing. They'd rather do 100 knee lifts with a smile than 100 new steps
