Warm up to a step beat

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 1172)

This is a step warm-up, I guess it could be done horizontally or vertically --- like most good things in Life!!! Its meant to be done at a step beat, anywhere between 122-128 bpm. Now you are ready to reverse leading left with the grapevine

To this add the following,

Take it all from the top and run through it a few times on each side then do some dynamic stretches for your calf--and your hamstrings and hip flexors if you want as well.
