Approach from the front of the step
1.
- 2 basic steps 1-4, 5-8 (Arms: up right 1, up left 2, front right 3,
front left 4, cross right 5, cross left 6, slap 7-8)
- 2 V-steps (turn in the middle) 1-4, 5-8
- 2 Lift steps 1-4, 5-8
- Repeater hamstring curl 1-8 (Step 1, knee 2, tap 3, knee 6, down 7,
down 8)

- Step 1, extend back 2, down 3, down 4
- Step 5, extend back 6, down 7, down 8
- Step 1, knees-lift 2, straddle 3, straddle 4, step-up 5,
knee-lift 6, down 7, down 8 (facing back of room)
- Repeat to the back of the room
3.
- Repeat 1 and 2 to the other side
4.
- Alternating L-step 1-8, 1-8, 1-8: 3 times (Step 1, knees 2, step 3,
kick 4, step 5, knee 6, down-back 7, down-back 8)
- Up 1, Up 1, lunge 3-4, lunge 5-6, down 7, down 8: 1 time
- Repeat to the other side
Approach from the end of the step
5.
- Step 1 (or "leap" variation), kick 2, down 3, tap 4
- Step 5 (or "leap" variation), kick 6, down 7, tap 8
- Repeater 1-8 (Step up 1, knee-2, tap down-3, switch lunge on step-4,
switch lunge on step-5, knee-up-6, step down-7, tap together-8)
- A-step 1-4, power over the top 5-8
- Knee lift turn 1-4, turnstep 5-8
- Repeat to the other side

- Corner-to-corner 1-4, up 5, knee-lift 6, down 7, tap 8
- Up 1, knee-lift 2, down 3, tap 4, over-the-top 5-8
- Turnstep 1-2, straddle 3-4, turnstep 5-6, down 7, tap 8
- Step-up 1, tap-up 2, step-down 3, lunge-back 4, repeat 5-8
- Repeat to other side
Approach from the side of the step
7.
- Step-up 1 (or "leap" variation), kick 2, down 3, down 4,
- Step up 5 (or "leap" variation), kick 6, down 7, down 8
- Across the top 1-4
- Pivot 5-8
8.
- Twist 8 (Arms: in 1, out 2, in 3, out 4, in 5, out 6, in 7, out 8)
- Up, up (on top), squat wide 3-4 (on the top of the step)
(Arms: Up 1, down 2, pump elbows out 3-4)
- Step together 5 (at the end of the step), hold 6, step down 7, together 8
(Arms: Up 5, down 6, clap 7, clap 8)
