It's Filler Time

(pattern 1178)
- 4 Alternating knee lifts side to side- right lead - to make these more
interesting you can add a hesitation, power them or add various changes
of legs- ham pull, abductors etc. etc. etc.
- 3 knee repeater center alternating legs - do an odd set of these to get to
opposite leg. Again be creative with your changes with the repeaters - split
repeaters, 360's, funky repeaters....
- Basic 4x- you can run the basics, change them to v-steps, hesitate, power them up...
- Repeat on other side
I love this combo and frequently use it as a filler - I can use the same basic move 4 different times in a class and each time be different - it also allows you to get
on the opposite foot if your looking for a move to combine with a combo that is not self-reversing. Have fun with this it's been a life saver for me many a time!!!!
