Start with some set-up moves...
i.e.
- 1/2 T Step
- 2 Travel Hamstrings
- 1/2 T Step
- 2 Travel Hamstrings
...then...
build from:
- 2 Full T Steps (1 = BOTH ends of the step)
- 1/2 T Step
- Left foot over >> 3X
- Heel Tap >> 5X (Explain the next move/T step headed in the opposite direction)
- 1 1/2 T Steps
- Right foot over >> 3X
- Heel Tap >> 5X (Again, explain your next move)
- 1 1/2 T Steps (start to your left)
- 1/2 T Step (to the left end of the step)
- Left foot over [U-turn on the floor/counts 3&4 of 'left foot over']
- 1/2 T Step (to your right/facing the back of the room)
- Right foot over
- 1/2 T Step (to your left/facing the front of the room)
