Vera's Cardio Step

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 1213)

Step is vertical. All combinations begin on the left side of the step with the right lead. I like combos that give me an automatic lead change! I've given some suggestions to vary the movements. Add power where needed.

Combo #1

*You can progress to three knees, hip adductors, glute lifts, hamstring curls or a combination of the three.

Combo #2

*You can start out with two separate knees or tap up twice for the eight counts to start out this combo.

Combo #3

*Skip or jog

*Hop up
