Diane's Mega-Quad Class
This is a
Quad Step pattern from

Legend:
- CB is Change Bench
- Open - is your working your benches side to side.
- CC - is Corner to corner on that step your on.
Please note: That the feet closest to the step goes up first
when traveling diagonally on the floor or walking
towards your next step.
Very Important: The back row of steps is Empty and the right
side of the room is Empty. See graphics below.

The "X" are your participants, the "I" is you the Instructor, and the "E" is
Empty, nobody on the steps because you will be traveling to it.
1.
- 1 "W" step (8 counts)
- 2 Alternating corner to corner Inner thigh: Touch In-step (8 counts)
- 1 "L" step off the end (4 counts)
- Squat your outside leg (4 counts)
- 1 Grapevine Right (4 counts)
- Walk diagonally on the floor (4 counts) When done, repeat for left lead.
2.
- 3 Alternating Open Arabesque (12 counts) and CB.
- 1 Corner to corner Knee up (4 counts)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
- Double Diagonal: One diagonal CB, one diagonal again (8 counts)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
3.
- 2 Alternating Open turnstep: One turn CB one turn CB (8 counts)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
- Walk around your step (4 counts)
- 1 Repeater 2 Horseshoe: Do a repeater2 and walk back behind your step to
go to the other side (8 counts)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
- Walk forward to your next step (4 counts) When done, repeat for left lead.
4.
- 2 Alternating sets of Open Knee up to a Broadway Kick and triple run:
Knee up and walk back 2 counts and step kick (like a Broadway kick)
and triple run or cha cha cha. (16 counts)
- 2 Alternating Open Side abduction and CB (8 counts)
- 1 Repeater2 and walk or chasse sideways to your next step.
- (8 counts) When done, repeat for left lead.
5.
- 1 Flamingo (8 counts)
- 1 Backfire (8 counts)
- 1 Over the top and CB (4 counts)
- 2 Basic steps (8 counts)
- 1 corner to corner Knee up (4 counts) When done, repeat for left lead.
6.
- 2 V-steps (8 counts)
- 1 Shooter (8 counts)
- 2 Alternating corner to corner Inner thigh (8 counts)
- 1 Open Repeater 2 and march the outside leg and CB (8 counts)
- When done, repeat for left lead.
7.
- 1 Mambo forward and back: Mambo forward march march and
mambo backwards and march march (8 counts)
- 2 Alternating Open Hamstring curls and CB (8 counts)
- 1 Quick tap (8 counts)
- 1 Hopturn (4 counts)
- Walk forward towards your next step (4 counts)
- When done, repeat for left lead.
8.
- 1 Rock into a Reverse Hook: Do 1/2 of a Rocking horse and do
one Reverse hook. (8 counts)
- Double over the top: Over the top, CB Over the top again. (8 counts)
- 2 Kicks on one leg (8 counts)
- Walk around your step (4 counts)
- Squat your inside leg (4 counts)
- When done, repeat for left lead.
9.
- 2 A-steps facing the side of your step.(8 counts)
- 1 Reverse hook (4 counts)
- Walk forward towards your next step with your inside leg (4 counts)
- 1 Knee straddle (4 counts)
- March on top of your step (4 counts)
- 3 Alternating Side lunges and exit (8 counts)
- When done, repeat for left lead.
10.
- 3 Alternating Open Side abduction and CB (12 counts)
- 1 knee straddle (4 counts)
- 2 Alternating corner to corner Hamstring curls (8 counts)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
- 2 Jumping Jacks on the floor (4 counts)
- When done, repeat for left lead.

hesitate to ask. Through the years of teaching multiple stepping, I find that
it makes me cue Flawlessly and I hope it does the same for you. FUN! FUN! FUN!
