Step With A Turn

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 1032)

Bench is horizontal and facing forward.





This combo is not as hard as it looks. It is trying to explain it that makes it hard. Add intensity by changing the repeater to a 2 knee repeater step down with one jack. Around the world, change knee's up to a hamstring curl.
