Sailor Set

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 1024)

Part One

Repeat 3 turnsteps ending with the right foot step on the bench and a left leg side lateral lift.

Part Two

(Alternating knee lifts) At the same time the arms do a straight out diagonal then straight out to the side, diagonal the other way, straight out to the side.

Part Three

Repeat several times. This is an alternating hamstring curl on the bench then coming off the back of the bench and doing the hamstring curl on the left lead.

Start over begining with the two taps.
