This is a Step pattern from (pattern 1053)

This is not a 32 count pattern; simply ideas to incorporate into your own patterns. In Covert Bailey's THE NEW FIT OR FAT, on page 63, chapter 16, he talks about the importance of wind sprints. He defines it as "a very fast, very short exercise in the middle of your otherwise aerobic exercise." My challenge classes do wind sprints every 4 to 6 minutes; we do choreography, then jump rope (or pretend with impaginary ropes for those who feel uncoordinated when it comes to jumping rope), for 20-30 seconds, then back to the step for more choreography. By the way, simply jogging does not do the trick. I have also incorporated jump roping into my interval classes--they didn't necessarily like it at first, but LOVE the challenge now--the endorphins really kick in.
