This is a
Slide pattern from

(pattern 1077)
- Slide with double kick front 2X (8 counts)
- Slide with heel lift at bumper 2X - arms lift overhead (8 counts)
- Fencing slide with squat at bumper 1X - face side (4 counts)
- Lunge back and lunge side 1x (4 counts)
- Twist around the slide so you eventually face front 1X (8 counts)
Repeat combo with opposite lead leg.
