This is a
Step pattern from

(pattern 1078)
Horizontal Bench
- V-step right 2X (1-8)
- Slow basic right hold on top of bench (1,2), slow left hold on top of bench
(3,4), right off bench (5), left off of bench (6) and bring foot slightly
behind right foot, feet remain on floor- rock left hip forward on (7) and
back on (8) *Get a little sexy with it*
- Step left foot on bench and alternate knee lifts facing front- 4X- right,
left, right, left (1-16)
- After last leg lift (left leg) turn body facing right with left side of
body facing the bench
- Slow Squat on top (1,2) march 2x on top (3,4) slow squat off bench (5,6)
march on floor 2X (7,8)
- Alternating knee lifts side to side 3X right,left,right
- Turn as if to do another alternating knee, but this time go over the top
of the bench (1-4) walk around end of the bench (5-8)
This will get you on the other leg to reverse combo
