This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 1080)

This was a quick routine I devised driving in my car on the way to class one morning!


After several practices on this move incorporate an L - shaped turn when you tap to the side. So instead of tapping 4 times to the side - do a quarter turn and tap the leg twice to the front of the room, then do a quarter turn back again (facing the front) and tap twice to the side. Repeat on each side.


As you do the 2nd hop (travelling forward) hop on the angle so you are facing the opposite corner ready to do the repeater knee on the other side.
Repeat the above leading with the left leg (ie 4 -knee repeater and walk back/forward.
