COMBO 1
Step is vertical

Start here, Right lead
- Grapevine right and left (8 counts)
- A step right and left (8 counts)
- Knee repeater (8 counts)
- Over the top (4 counts)
- Jack 2X (4 counts) 32 total
- Repeat left lead
COMBO 2
- Pivot (Half hop turn) off front end, facing right wall (4 counts)
- Over the top long ways (4 counts)
- Pivot off back end, facing front on right side of step (4 counts)
(This is also called a zig-zag)
- Jack 2X (4 counts)
- Corner to corner (4 counts)
- Side abduction (4 counts)
- Over the top (4 counts)
- Side abduction (4 counts)32 counts total
- Repeat on other side
COMBO 3
- (Step tap until you are facing front and transition to
a knee lift off the back)
- Alternating front kicks 2X (8 counts)
- March around to the front of the step (4 counts)
- Side abduction off front facing left wall (4 counts)
- Over the top long ways (4 counts)
- Alternating front kicks 3X (12 counts) 32 total
- Repeat on other side changing the march around to the opposite side
of the step and side abduction then faces the right wall.
COMBO 4
- Step tap until you are off the left side of the step
- Turnstep 2X (8 counts)
- Turnstep with a lunge back 2X--Up,up lunge back, lunge back other foot,
complete the turn. (16 counts)
- Side abduction (4 counts)
- Over the top (4 counts) Total 32
- Repeat other side
COMBO 5
- Back lift, corner to corner (8 counts)
- Back lift, over the top (8 counts)
- Back lift, corner to corner going backwards (8 counts)
- Back lift, over the top (8 counts) 32 total
- You have just made a square with and X in the middle on the bench
- Repeat, doing an inner thigh instead of a back lift
COMBO 6
- Curb walk forward 3X, straddle with a clap and hold (8 counts)
- Curb walk back on other side of step 3X, straddle with a clap and
hold (8 counts)
- Straddle knee lift 2X,,exit right (8 counts)
- Over the top 2X (8 counts) 32 total
As always, build slowly and go over each move a couple of times before
you reduce the combo to the forms that you see here. This can easily be
stretched to a 50 minute class. I hope this helps someone who is looking
for something new to teach with out having to work out the choreography
