Heavy V's Double Step

This is a Double Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 615)

This is a double step pattern. The first bench is placed horizontally in the front and called "Home". The second bench is about four foot lengths directly behind it (I'm a size 8, so you can guess from there!) and is called "Jail". My patterns nearly always start from the inside of the benches so I can create a "ping-ponging" effect. Hope you like it!

A Heavy V is a combination between a V-step at half-tempo and a basic step. For example,

You can use 2 basics, 2 Vs, V + basic, a V-Squat, or anything that's equivalent. This pattern is a right-lead pattern, so use your favorite default lead-change combination. I've been using four steps in my multiple step class, as well as vertical in-line (follow the leader) patterns. I'd be interested if anyone has any multiple step patterns they'd like to share. I'm new at expressing choreography this way. Please email me if you need any clarification!
