Diane's "Double knee Backtrack with a Leap"

- 1 "L" step off the end (4 counts)
- 1 Knee straddle (4 counts)
- 1 Quick tap: facing side of step do 2 alternating side lunges
and exit off the opposite side (8 counts)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
- Walk around the bench (4 counts)
- 2 Basics (8 counts)

- 1 Knee up (4 counts)
- 1 Mambo on the floor other way (4 counts)
- 2 "V step" on the floor turning over your left
shoulder (8 counts)
- 2 alternating "W" step corner to corner (16 counts)

- 2 Kicks on one leg (8 counts)
- Turn straddle down (4 counts)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
- 1 "Shooter" inside leg: facing front do 2 alternating back
lunges and get off the step (8 counts)
- 1 Flamingo: Knee straddle and over the top (8 counts)

- 1 "DOUBLE KNEE BACKTRACK WITH A LEAP": do a repeater
two walk back up behind the step and on the 8th
count leap and walk all the way around the
bench (12 counts total)

down a basic facing horizontally (8 counts)
- 2 alternating corner to corner hamstring curls (8 counts)
- "W - to a Back up straddle": L off the end, knee up
to a back up straddle (8 counts)
- 2 alternating Over the top (8 counts)

- 3 alternating corner to corner Arabesque (12 counts)
- 1 Reverse Hook: back off your bench (4 counts)
- 2 side abduction on one leg (8 counts)
- 1 "Backfire": facing side of your step, with your rear facing
the step do 2 alternating back lunges and get off the step (8 counts)

- 1 Repeater2, march on the floor (8 counts)
- 2 alternating grapevines (8 counts)
- 1/4 turn to your right and walk up and back on the floor (8 counts)
- 1 Hopturn (4 counts)
- Walk around the bench (4 counts)

- 2 V-step (8 counts)
- 1 Turnstep (4 counts)
- Slide up on the floor with the inside leg 1/2 at tempo (4 counts)
- 2 alternating side abduction straddle (8 counts)
