This is a Step pattern from (pattern 649)


Each combo is a 32 count on one side. Me wanting to create a balanced workout, I do everything on both sides. This combo is easy to break down and once finished, I find my class enjoys the accomplished feeling. If my class can do this combo at 6am any class can do it.
