Wake-up Warm-up
This is a
Warmup pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 655)
Step warm-up with step horizontal.
On the floor:
- Grapevine (1-2-3-4)
- Mambo (5-6-7-8)
- V-step (1-2-3-4)
- Inverted V (5-6-7-8) step forward together and back out wide
On the step:
- Tap up 4X 16 counts
- Hip abduction 4X 16 counts
- Repeater-7 hip adduction 2X 32 counts
This is the final product. Add on each new move on the right side.
By the time you get everything added on, you're warm! I have been
teaching M-F at 6am for about 7 years of my 15 years of teaching, this
one seems to wake them up. :)
