Becca's Warmup
This is a
Warmup pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 658)
- 4 step touch to the right (4)
- Grapevine right and back to the left(8)
- 4 hamstring curls (4)
- 4 basic right (16)
- 4 step touch left (4)
- Grapevine left and walk up and back, then grapevine right
(you are back to your starting position, with the step in
front of you) (16)
- 4 hamstring curls (4)
- 4 basic left (16)
Using the above as the basic move you are going
to add on as follows:
- After the basics add Park Avenue 4x = (right lead) one knee lift to
the left then walk right, do a heel on the 6th beat, and walk back in
front of the step (8) counts each time. Then 2 basic right going into
the step touches (above)
- Next time add a pivot turn after the 2 basics above, with one basic
following. Go into the step touch part.
- If you want to you can change the walk up and back by (left foot lead)
turning left after the grapevine, doing a grapevine both up and back,
then turning right and walk up and back and grapevine back to the step.
