U-step high to low

This is a Double Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 683)

Steps are both horizontal and next to each other(touching). The step on the left is higher than the one on the right. Example, if you have one support under the step on the right, there should be two under the step on the left.

Total= 64 counts

Repeat this using hamstrings, lateral lifts, and inner thigh lifts. I break the pattern down on the last two options and begin to use:

No taps, they should know it!
Total= 32 counts

Once this is finished, it is time to work the other leg. To do this I:

Total= 32 counts

Then do the same combo on the high step facing the back of the room, knees, hams, lifts, inner thighs are all now high to low step.

I have yet to see this kind of "double step stuff" on this site. Does anyone else do it this way? Let me know, I need new combos!
