Funky Kick
This is a
Slide pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 705)
Starting on the right foot...
- 1 basic slide
- With your right foot on the end ramp -- kick forwad,kick back with
your left foot
- 1 Squat
- Clap twice with feet together
Repeat sequence when you slide to the left.
How I cue it is "Basic slide, kick forward, kick back, squat, clap, clap."
This is one of my favorite Slide combos that I use at Bally Total Fitness.
