Funky Kick

This is a Slide pattern from (pattern 705)

Starting on the right foot... Repeat sequence when you slide to the left.

How I cue it is "Basic slide, kick forward, kick back, squat, clap, clap."

This is one of my favorite Slide combos that I use at Bally Total Fitness. Let me know how you like it.
