Val's Vertical Step for May

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 902)

Vertical Step
Start with step on your left: 32 count, reverses

32, doesn't reverse, but starting from top reverses you

Split knee repeater: left foot up to front corner, right knee lift, right foot down, left foot lunge down on other side of step, left foot up, right knee up, exit to front tip, facing left wall. Builds well from 3 count repeater knee.

Jump change: Sort of an "out, out, in, in" on your step: starts from top of step, right foot down, left foot stomps on step, right foot up, hop on top, repeat to left. Great step to teach in warm- up!

This adds onto any vertical patterns you may already have. If you want the second pattern to reverse, do 2 jump change, then down jack piece, pivot hop turn, turnstep. Hope you can use this, my class loved it!
