Kim's Latest Double

This is a Double Step pattern from (pattern 1007)

Benches are vertical. You are at the left side of home bench, right lead.

You are now ready to begin entire routine on the right bench with a left lead. The 1 1/2 travelling knees are the tricky part. I walk them through this first so no one injures themselves with the backwards hop and they feel comfortable with it. Email with questions or problems.
