Warm-up: Old for me; maybe new for you

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 1017)

Are you warmed up yet? Actually, I left some moves out, but this is a good, basic warm up--I used to hold the "stretches" longer, but current literature now stresses to keep the warm-up dynamic, so I no longer do static stretches as I used to; therefore, the "rock back and point and flex toe, as well as the hip flexer stretch" is not held as long as was formerly done. Anyone out there teach the mentally handicapped? If so, contact me I also teach classes for moderately mentally handicapped adolescents and would be happy to share ideas--mine is "concept-based" to teach spatial concepts such as forward, backward, right, left, diagonal, side, etc.
