- 1 Repeater hamstring (8 counts)
- 2 V-steps (8 counts)
- 1 Flamingo (8 counts)
- 2 Alternating Reverse Hooks (8 counts)
2.
- 2 Basic steps (8 counts)
- Up up lunge 1x and exit across (8 counts)
- 2 side abduction on one leg: Facing sideways at the end of
your step (8 counts)
- 1 Knee back up to face front row (4 counts)
- 1 Corner to corner Knee up (4 counts)
3.
- Repeater2 and march on the floor (8 counts total)
- 1 Quick tap : Facing sides do 2 alternating side lunges
and exit off the opposite side (8 counts)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
- Walk around the bench (4 counts)
- 2 alternating corner to corner Arabesque (8 counts)
4.
- 1 Shooter: Facing front, do 2alternating back lunges and get
off (8 counts)
- 1 side abduction and get off you step (4 counts)
- Turning step touch on the floor (4 counts)
- Walk up and back on the floor (8 counts)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
- Squat the inside leg (4 counts)

- Turn and straddle down (4 counts)
- 3 Basic steps facing end of step (12 counts)
- 1 "GUAM WALK" : Facing the end of your step, go up up, step
forward and march in place 2 counts and get off.
- While doing this, hands are behind the head and shaking your
hips like a hula move. (8 counts)
- 1 Knee up straddle (4 counts)
- 1 Reverse Hook (4 counts)

- 2 alternating corner to corner Adductors: a.k.a. In-step (8 counts)
- 1 Repeater straddle down (8 counts)
- 2 Side abduction on one leg (8 counts)
- 1 Backfire: Facing sides and 1/4 turn your body to do
two alternating back lunges and get off (8 counts)

- 2 A-steps facing side of your step (8 counts)
- 1 knee up straddle (4 counts)
- March on top of step (4 counts)
- 2 Alternating Teeter-Totter: Over the top and lift the knee (8 counts)
- 3 Alternating side lunges and exit (8 counts)

- 2 Alternating turnsteps (8 counts)
- 1 Diagonal (4 counts)
- 1 Hopturn (4 counts)
- 2 Alternating side abduction straddle (8 counts)
- Pegleg 2x (4 counts)
