Diane's Non-Stop Cardio

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 1021)

1.

Add on combination #2 with the left foot leading.

2.

When done with this, go back to combo #1 and lead Left. Repeat combo #2 again and when done, go on to combo #3 for a Right lead.

3.

When you're done, Reverse this combination to lead left.

4.

When you're done, Reverse this combination to lead left.

5.

When you're done, Reverse this combination to lead left and to face front row again.

6.

When you're done, Reverse this combination to lead left.

7.

When you're done, Reverse this combination to lead left. After doing combination #7 with the left foot leading, you should wind up on the right foot ready to take it from the top. (Back to combination #1 and weave it all together)
