This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 1021)
1.
- 2 V-step (8 counts)
- March in place (4 counts)
- Squat Right (4 counts)
- 3 alternating grapevines (12 counts)
- March in place (4 counts) with left foot leading.
Add on combination #2 with the left foot leading.
2.
- 3 sets of Double kick and mambo back (12 counts) Left foot leading
- Feet together and bounce in place (4 counts)
- 3 sets of Double kick and mambo back (12 counts) Right foot leading
- Feet together and bounce in place (4 counts)
When done with this, go back to combo #1 and lead Left.
Repeat combo #2 again and when done, go on to combo #3 for
a Right lead.
3.
- Walk to your right and 1 grapevine to face front (8 counts)
- 4 alternating step hamstring (8 counts)
- 4 alternating Scoops traveling forward (8 counts)
- Walk back (4 counts)
- 2 Jumping Jacks (4 counts)
When you're done, Reverse this combination to lead left.
4.
- 4 alternating Kicks forward (8 counts)
- 4 alternating Kick back turning around right shoulder to face
front (8 counts)
- 4 alternating Side Abduction (8 counts)
- 2 Power slow Jacks (8 counts)
When you're done, Reverse this combination to lead left.
5.
- 4 alternating side kicks (8 counts)
- 4 alternating turning Double side kicks to face back wall (16 counts)
- Still facing back wall do 4 Jumping Jacks (8 counts)
When you're done, Reverse this combination to lead left and
to face front row again.
6.
- 4 alternating Knee-ups (8 counts)
- 3 alternating Back Crosses (12 counts)
- 2 alternating Knee-ups (4 counts)
- 4 Feet together Calf Raise (8 counts)
When you're done, Reverse this combination to lead left.
7.
- Right corner wall, walk up and back (8 counts)
- Left corner wall, walk up and back (8 counts)
- 4 alternating Step touch facing front row (8 counts)
- Repeater2 and march the opposite foot in place (8 counts total)
When you're done, Reverse this combination to lead left.
After doing combination #7 with the left foot leading, you
should wind up on the right foot ready to take it from
the top. (Back to combination #1 and weave it all together)
