This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 1580)

MOVE 1 **

MOVE 2 **

** To make into a more advanced move add direction--1st set of chase angle right/ 2nd set angle left turn around kick do horizontal...3rd MOVE leading with left leg angle left/4th set angle right/ turn move horizontal/ single, single, double move go backwards on the floor


MOVE 4 **

To make a more advanced move-- heel dig right/heel dig left /jumping jack 1x (1-4) repeat heel dig jumping jack once more to cover 8 count.

**These moves were from an instructor named Diane who taught at Body Revival as a sub in Pleasanton CA in Aug- I thought her moves were fantastic- I only wish I could remember her last name because I would like to give proper credit when credit is due- so THANK YOU Diane for your ideas!!!!
