Crank It Up
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 1580)
MOVE 1 **
- Chase right (1,2) ...
- and chase left (3,4)
- Turn on floor all the way around (5,6)
- Kick with left foot (7,8)
- Repeat all on other leg.
MOVE 2 **
- Single step right (1)
- Single left (2)
- Double step right (3,4)
- Repeat once more
** To make into a more advanced move add direction--1st set of chase angle
right/ 2nd set angle left turn around kick do horizontal...3rd MOVE leading
with left leg angle left/4th set angle right/ turn move horizontal/ single,
single, double move go backwards on the floor
MOVE 3
- 2 knee pull left leg
- 2 knee pull right leg
- 2 hamstring pull left leg
- Single ham pull right
- Single ham pull left
- Repeat in an even number
MOVE 4 **
- Diagonal walk right 4x-right leg leads
- Diagonal walk left 4x
- Walk back 8 or jog
To make a more advanced move-- heel dig right/heel dig left /jumping jack
1x (1-4) repeat heel dig jumping jack once more to cover 8 count.

Revival as a sub in Pleasanton CA in Aug- I thought her moves were fantastic-
I only wish I could remember her last name because I would like to give
