Flawless transitions
1.
- 2 Basics (8 counts)
- 2 Alternating grapevines (8 counts)
- Tap left corner and right corner of your step (counts 1,2) and
- Triple run turning (counts 3,4)
- 1 Pivot turn [or if you have carpet do one mambo] (4 counts)
- 2 Alternating corner to corner hamstring curls (8 counts)
2.
- 1 Repeater2 and march on floor (8 counts)
- Face other way and do 2 turning chassee' behind the step
and walk around your step (8 counts total)
- Up up [1/2 a tempo] and get off and march 4 counts (8 counts total)
- 2 Alternating corner to corner arabesque (8 counts)
3.
- 1 Diagonal (4 counts)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
- Step over the step and do 4 alternating hamstring curls turning
counter clockwise [you are on the floor] I call this the
"Hurdle in Reverse" (8 counts)
- 2 alternating corner to corner slam (8 counts)
- Over the top (4 counts)
- Walk around the step (4 counts)
4.
- 1 Mambo on the floor, step behind your step 2 counts and triple
run (8 counts total)
- 2 Side abduction on one leg (8 counts)
- Same leg do 2 alternating repeater2 and walk back behind your step to
go to the other side (16 counts)
5.
- Facing your step, Peg leg2x and pivot turn front row (8 counts)
- 1 Shooter (8 counts)
- 1 Repeater hamstring (8 counts)
- 2 V steps (8 counts)
6.
- 1 Double knee up, face other corner double knee up, tap down
one mambo (16 counts)
- 2 Alternating backfires (16 counts)
7.
- 2 Kicks on one leg (8 counts)
- Same leg do 1 knee straddle (4 counts)
- "Four on the floor" [do one basic on the floor in between your
step on a straddled position] (4 counts)
- 2 Alternating corner to corner inner thigh [adductor] (8 counts)
- 2 A- steps facing the side of your steps (8 counts)
8.
- 1 Reverse skate and exit across [Inside foot is on the front end
of your step, now just do a step knee on top, step knee while
your still on top and exit across your top] (8 counts)
- 1 Tap up, tap down (4 counts)
- Knee back up to face your step horizontally (4 counts)
- Go up up 1/2 a tempo and get off and march (8 counts total)
- 1 Repeater2 and march on the floor (8 counts)
9.
- March wide on top of your step (2 counts)
- Your still on top now just do a fast jack in and out (2 counts)
- 5 Alternating back lunges and get off (12 counts)
- 2 Alternating corner to corner inner thigh (8 counts)
- 2 Alternating corner to corner slam (8 counts)
10.
- 1 Regular repeater ski on one leg facing the side of
your step (8 counts)
- Same leg do 2 tap up tap downs (8 counts)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
- Walk around your step (4 counts)
- 1 Knee up to a Step heel on the floor (8 counts)
