Step is Horizontal
1.
- 2 Kicks on one leg (8 counts)
- Turn one time and walk to face the end of your step (8 counts)
- 1 Shooter on the end of your step (8 counts)
- 2 Alternating knee straddle (8 counts)
2.
- 1 Repeater 2 and march on the floor (8 counts)
- Face other way and chassee' behind your step 2x and walk around
your step (8 counts)
- 1 Backfire (8 counts)
- 2 V- steps (8 counts)
3.
- 1 W- to a back up straddle (8 counts)
- 2 Alternating corner to corner quick taps (16 counts)
- 2 Basic runs (8 counts)
4.
- Close to the left end of your step do a step knee, lunge that
same leg and go slow across the top (8 counts)
- 1 Tap up tap down (4 counts)
- 1 Knee back up to face your step front row (4 counts)
- Face other corner and do a knee straddle (4 counts)
- 1 Corner to corner knee up (4 counts)
- Face other corner and go over the top (4 counts)
- Walk around your step (4 counts)
5.
- 1 Double knee lift and get off (6 counts)
- Get on top and lunge back 3x and get off (10 counts)
- 1 W-step (8 counts)
- 2 Alternating corner to corner inner thighs (8 counts)
6.
- 1 Knee straddle (4 counts)
- Pegleg 2x (4 counts)
- 1 Repeater 2 and walk back behind your step to get to the
other side (8 counts)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
- 2 Jumping jacks on the floor (4 counts)
- 2 Alternating turnsteps (8 counts)
7.
- 2 Alternating corner to corner arabesque (8 counts)
- 1 Shooter (8 counts)
- 1 W- step (8 counts)
- 2 Alternating reverse hooks (8 counts)
8.
- 1 Flamingo (8 counts)
- 1 Diagonal (4 counts)
- Walk around your step (4 counts)
- Hopturn to a lunge and kick off [Do half of a hopturn, with that
same leg, lunge one time and kick (counts 1,2,3,4) kick the other
leg on top of the step and exit off (counts, 5,6,7,and 8)]
(8 counts total)
- 1 Over the top (4 counts)
- Squat the inside leg (4 counts)
9.
- Turn straddle and knee straddle (8 counts)
- Up up double squat and exit (8 counts)
- 2 Side abduction on one leg (8 counts)
- Walk up and back on the floor (8 counts)
10.
- 1 Repeater to a straddle down (8 counts)
- 1 Repeater to a flip back to face your step horizontally (8 counts)
- 3 Alternating corner to corner hamstring curls (12 counts)
