This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 1587)

This is the end product of the pattern, so you may wish to break it up as you teach it. It's great fun and my classes have loved it!

64 counts with a right foot lead, plus 64 counts with left foot lead.


Now repeat the whole combo with a left foot lead.
You can intensify the workout by jogging forward and back, and jumping the hamstring curls.

I hope you have as much fun with this combo as I have, it takes a while to teach and needs to be broken down, but can make you really sweat once you get going!
