Once they have that, reduce again to 4 counts of each. (Now quickly changing from move to move).
Now add the arm movements, change them every 16 counts (whole routine)
Repeat again but change the arms moves every 8 counts apart from the last one (shoulder press) do this all the way through for 16 counts then go straight into basic step.
ARM MOVEMENTS:-
This routine sounds worse than it is. It really is very basic and easy to follow. When you reach the end and go straight into the basic step the class will be very warm (especially if you encourage them to squat towards the end instead of step touch)
